# Web3 Certification Board (W3CB)

> Independent global standards body for blockchain, Web3, and digital-asset professional certification. W3CB defines competency frameworks, accredits training partners, and issues verifiable credentials for individuals and enterprises.

W3CB operates vendor-neutral certification programs across blockchain fundamentals, smart contract security, DeFi, tokenomics, NFT standards, enterprise blockchain, and emerging Web3 disciplines. Exams are delivered through Mercer | Mettl, and credentials are issued via W3Certs as tamper-evident digital certificates. Enterprise services include workforce credentialing, custom assessments, protocol certification, and SME engagements.
